Start where you are

You do not have to start from scratch.

Choose the closest starting point. We will confirm what belongs with the technology provider and what is needed for Zentra response.

What does your property need?

Start with the property. Connect the services you need.

For a new premises, a system upgrade or a property without suitable equipment, start with a technical review by the independent provider. Zentra can separately prepare the local response arrangement.

The connected service

Three different jobs. One clearer plan.

Equipment captures or detects. Monitoring handles the covered signals. A security responder attends when the agreed instructions call for someone on site.

01

Independent technology partner

  • Recording and viewing setup where supported
  • User handover and technical support

Equipment specifications and compatibility are confirmed by the provider.

Live CCTV monitoring is a separate service, not an automatic inclusion.

03

Zentra Protection

Local Chilliwack alarm response

When an agreed alarm event requires attendance, Zentra provides the physical response. The assignment sets out the areas to check, who to contact and what to record.

  • Attendance under the agreed response plan
  • Authorized access-point and exterior checks
  • Client or emergency-service escalation
  • Documented observations and handover

Attendance is subject to the agreed coverage, access and dispatch arrangements.

Know what is included

A camera notification is not a response plan.

A recording, a phone alert and a professionally handled alarm are not the same service. Confirm who receives an event, what they do with it and when a responder is contacted.

CCTV recording & viewing

Records or displays camera images, depending on the equipment. It does not automatically mean an operator is watching.

Alarm monitoring

The independent provider handles the alarm signals included in the account and follows the agreed contact instructions.

On-site security response

Zentra attends when the agreed dispatch process requests a property check. This must be arranged, not assumed.

When an alarm activates

From signal to someone at the property.

The response connection is agreed before activation, so everyone knows who receives the signal, who requests attendance and who gets the update.

01Does Zentra install CCTV cameras and alarm systems?

CCTV and alarm equipment, technical advice, installation and servicing are supplied by independent qualified partners. Zentra can introduce you to the appropriate provider and coordinate the alarm-response portion. Zentra Protection provides the agreed on-site security attendance.

02Does alarm monitoring include someone watching my cameras?

Not automatically. Alarm monitoring deals with the alarm signals covered by the monitoring agreement. Recorded CCTV, app notifications, event-based video review and continuously staffed video monitoring are different arrangements. The independent provider must confirm which video services, if any, are supported and included.

03Can I keep my existing alarm system or monitoring company?

Potentially. A technical provider needs to check equipment compatibility if installation or monitoring changes are requested. For response-only coverage, your existing monitoring provider must support the agreed instructions for contacting Zentra. We confirm that arrangement before response coverage begins.

04How much will installation, monitoring and response cost?

The written quotation separates any one-time equipment or installation costs, recurring monitoring charges and applicable response callouts. Pricing depends on the property, the selected technical service and the response scope. Taxes, any callout time allowance, additional attendance and billing arrangements are confirmed before acceptance.

05What happens if an alarm reveals a break-in or damage?

Zentra follows the agreed response instructions and records visible conditions. Police or other emergency services are contacted where the circumstances require them. If damage means the property needs continued security, any additional guard deployment is discussed with the authorized client contact under the agreed arrangement.

06How quickly can Zentra attend an alarm in Chilliwack?

Response arrangements are agreed for the property before activation. Actual attendance depends on location, availability, access, travel conditions and the situation at the time. This page does not promise a fixed arrival time. For immediate danger or a crime in progress, call 911.

07Can I arrange cameras or monitoring without alarm response?

Yes, you can enquire about the technical service you need. The independent provider confirms the installation or monitoring scope directly. Zentra alarm response is a separate part of the arrangement and is not automatically included with every camera or monitoring system.

08Who handles technical support and billing?

Equipment support, installation questions and monitoring-account support remain with the independent technical or monitoring provider. Zentra handles questions about its security attendance. The written quotation identifies the service providers, charges and invoicing arrangement so you know who handles each part before proceeding.
